Oxidising rules
For hot tubs with filtration systems such as inflatable hot tubs, solid shell hot tubs, and swim spas that will be full of water and in use for weeks at a time, then you should oxidise the water after each use, or at least once a week
Hot tubs without filtration systems which are drained regularly (24-72 hours) such as wooden plunge and wood fired hot tubs, there is no need to oxidise the water after each use. Also applies to paddling pools.
